This is my homage to the wonderful and inspirational Little Shop of Horrors monster plant from the film of the same name. I made this as a present for some friends for a recent party! It's made completely from cardboard apart from the plastic pot and I took about a day to make it.

While your work on the Plant itself is amazing I also really like the presentation of it! The photos are well done and the composition is so nice.
My jaw drops regularly when I look at your work.

The puppets in the film were excellent! Did you know any who worked on them?
Frank oz was still puppeteering back then wasn't he?
Nice work. You should be on Blue Peter, with your card and sticky backed plastic skills:D
Well, thankyou very much indeed. "Presentation is everything" so they say!
Blue Peter?! Ha ha! Yes, that would be good! No, I didn't know any of that lot of puppeteers and I think I started work there quite a few years after the film anyway. I did brush past Frank Oz at Jim Henson's memorial service wake. I think he's still puppeteering and I think there's going to be a new series of the Muppet Show...well, according to Miss Piggy on the radio anyway!
Made out of CARDBOARD?!

You're insane! It's gorgeous, especially to be made out of cardboard. I like the color of the plant a lot. The cardboard gives it a very interesting texture also. :D

Yus! Cardboard it is! Thankyou very much. :thanks:I have a few more cardboard sculptures in my gallery...have a look if you like. :)
I was in a school play of Shop of Horrors! We had to order the plants in but they did /not/ look as funky cool as this one. Your friend's lucky to have it!!

let burn the flames and through the fire shall souls be cleansed, through suffering we know of joy. for without sadness how can one comprehend happiness? there would be no basis of comaparison and thus all emotions would be the same. a bland existance.
i love that movie. Audry 2 or 2y.(tooie.. not sure how to spell that)
